Riders from just about anywhere are welcome and encouraged to join us for our rides. We often have visitors of all kinds from all types of places so please come join us. Rides often break up into different speeds but all are welcome. Contact info is below.
A rather loose eclectic bicycle organization that meets informally on bicycle rides during the year. There are currently no dues (except to ride), no officers, no meetings (except during rides or an impromptu beverage stop after), no tee shirts, no jerseys, only a group of guys and gals who enjoy cycling. You know when you are a member because you will receive, free of charge, the Saturday Morning Ride emails alerting you to local and some times not so local rides.
We have and encourage all types and levels of riders to participate. Most rides are “no drop” rides or as we call it “the Bush Plan”, no rider left behind. We have mostly road riders although the number of trail, gravel and mountain bikers is increasing, some of us wearing 2 hats, helmets or at least riding 2 bicycles.
Kansas Cyclist is the web’s premier Kansas cycling information site, featuring information about Kansas cycling clubs, bike shops, organized bike rides, touring, trails, and much more.
